Who are we looking for?

-)Take charge of developing, configuring, and overseeing advertising campaigns on various platforms, with a particular focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. i.e Must have e-commerce brand campaign experience.

-)Ensure ads are targeted to the right audience to maximize ROI.

-)Optimize CAC and CPL and measure for LTV

-)Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads to ensure they are achieving KPIs and objectives.

-)Implement A/B testing strategies to determine best-performing ads.

-)Monitor and manage the daily lead volumes from all ad channels to ensure alignment with business targets.

-)Efficiently manage UTM parameters for tracking and reporting purposes, ensuring accurate tracking across all campaigns.

-)Create and present performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

-)Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics.

-)Allocate, manage, and optimize advertising budgets to ensure effective spend across all platforms.

-)Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, competitor strategies, and the broader digital marketing landscape.

-)Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, and UX to ensure ad assets are compelling and aligned with the brand.

-)Work closely with the Growth team, contributing to strategic growth initiatives and brainstorming sessions.

-)Proactively identify and tap into new creative ideas, leveraging creativity and innovative approaches.

-)Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
