Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Manager with a strong background in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and e-commerce management. This role involves developing and executing advertising strategies on Meta platforms, as well as assisting in the management and optimization of our online retail platforms such as Amazon and Shopify. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ad Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Meta advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram, to achieve client goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and platform updates.
E-Commerce Management:
- Assist in managing and optimizing online retail platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Implement and manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and seamless order fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online retail platforms.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and e-commerce metrics.
- Offer strategic recommendations and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and achieve desired outcomes.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years experience in Meta advertising strategy and campaign management.
- Experience/Knowledge with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce management software.
