Mern Stack Developer

Description:

Code Analytics, an innovative and forward-thinking technology firm, is hiring a MERN Stack Developer to join its team and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable web applications. This role requires an experienced developer skilled in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong grasp of data modeling, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of robust web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) technology stack. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and secure backend integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Application Development and Maintenance:

   • Lead full-stack development using the MERN stack.

   • Ensure applications are optimized for scalability and high performance.

   • Design effective data storage and retrieval solutions using MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.

2. Front-End and Back-End Integration:

   • Collaborate with front-end teams for seamless user experience.

   • Utilize RESTful APIs to integrate server-side logic with user-facing components.

   • Implement secure and scalable backend logic using Node.js and Express.js.

3. Troubleshooting and Debugging:

   • Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues.

   • Perform systematic testing to validate functionality and reliability.

4. API Development and Integration:

   • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus).

   • Work with third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, messaging services).

   • Implement secure authentication and authorization using protocols like OAuth 2.0 and JWT.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of Next.js, Remix, SSR, SSG, and monorepo structures.

• Experience with Redis, Molecular.js, and Inversion of Control design.

• Proficient in writing scripts and working with GIT, Jenkins, and Docker CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ORM frameworks.

• Familiarity with SQL Server and Entity Framework is a plus.
