Role: MERN Stack Developer

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Location: Bahria Phase 4 civic center Islamabad.

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Handle server configuration, deployments, and Dockerization.

Ensure data protection and implement secure coding practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

 

Core Web Development:

 

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).

Knowledge of threading, networking basics (HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/UDP, layers, proxies).

Basic understanding of operating systems and their limitations.

Familiarity with sockets, WebRTC (optional), SVGs (D3 preferred), and Canvas APIs.

Experience with module bundlers like Vite (preferred) or Webpack.

Understanding of browser extensions, web workers, and service workers.

Hands-on with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and IndexDB (optional).

SEO basics and multipart data handling.

React.js/Next.js Expertise:

 

Deep understanding of React.js and Next.js with pros and cons of each.

Knowledge of reconciliation, Shadow DOM, and SSR/CSR/SSG/ISR.

Proficiency in React hooks/custom hooks and lazy loading.

Strong state management skills and performance optimization.

Other Essential Skills:

 

Experience with authentication/authorization models (RBAC, ABAC).

Familiarity with React Query for data fetching.

Proficiency in React Redux/Toolkit for complex state management.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Basic server knowledge and Dockerization expertise.
