*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from product development to order delivery.
Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Monitor market trends, analyze customer preferences, and propose new product ideas.
Maintain and update inventory records and oversee stock management.
Ensure product quality aligns with company standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
Creative mindset with a passion for fashion.
