**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth production processes.

- Manage and follow up on orders from development to shipment.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Ensure product quality meets client expectations.

- Handle client communications, price negotiations, and product approvals.

- Work closely with suppliers to secure materials and ensure timely procurement.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 2-3 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in printing or packaging).

- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
