• Lead and manage multifaceted MEP projects from inception through to final delivery.
• Provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to the MEP team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
