Mep Estimator

Description:

As an MEP Estimator, you will lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, extra low voltage, mechanical, and plumbing works per project BOQs, drawings, and specifications.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Review drawings and specifications to execute MEP works.
✅ Coordinate with Civil and MEP contractors for timely execution.
✅ Manage material demands, stock availability, and on-time delivery.
✅ Assist contractors in creating coordination drawings for installations.
✅ Supervise installations: Electrical, Extra Low Voltage, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing.
✅ Inspect work quality and handle check requests.
✅ Analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering challenges.
✅ Oversee vendor management for MEP equipment.
✅ Ensure fit-outs comply with design and company guidelines.
✅ Review and evaluate IPCs submitted by contractors.
✅ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for line managers.
✅ Manage day-to-day tasks of MEP contractors to meet deadlines.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
3–5 years of experience in US-based projects.
Proficiency in takeoff software (Plan Swift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff).
Strong understanding of construction concepts, plans, and BOQs.
Expertise in reading blueprints and technical documents.
Strong client communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in estimating software and construction planning.

📍 Location: College Road, Lahore (On-Site Only – NOT a Remote Position).
🕒 Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM (Night Shift).
📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 Days/Week).
