Key Responsibilities
Medical Case Preparation & Coordination
- Analyze patient medical histories, test results, and other relevant data to develop comprehensive medical cases for treatment.
- Collaborate with international healthcare facilities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient information.
Patient Liaison
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing clear and empathetic communication about their medical cases and treatment options.
- Educate patients on complex medical concepts, ensuring they understand their diagnoses, treatments, and next steps.
International Client Engagement
- Act as a professional interpreter and facilitator between patients and international healthcare providers.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with global healthcare stakeholders to streamline patient care.
Research & Advisory
- Stay up to date on advancements in reproductive health, genetics, and endocrinology to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Support the creation of educational resources for patients and team members.
Technology Integration in Healthcare
- Leverage digital tools and telemedicine platforms to enhance communication, data management, and patient support.
- Provide feedback on platform features to improve user experience and service delivery.
Healthcare Accessibility Advocacy
- Ensure underserved patients have equitable access to international healthcare services.
- Identify and address potential barriers to effective care coordination, such as language, cultural differences, or logistics.
Qualifications
Education:
- Licensed MBBS professional (must be registered). Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of reproductive health, genetics, and endocrinology is highly desirable.
