• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive medical information.
• Certification in medical coding is a plus.
