Description:

Moma Health is looking for a Medical Coder to join its team in Gulberg 2, Lahore. This is a full-time onsite role where the selected candidate will play a vital role in accurately translating medical reports into standardized codes used for billing and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Review patient medical records and translate diagnosis, procedures, and medical services into standard medical codes.
🔹 Ensure coding accuracy according to medical coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
🔹 Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses or procedures if necessary.
🔹 Assist billing teams in ensuring proper claims processing.
🔹 Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding systems.
✔️ Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔️ Good communication and team collaboration skills.
✔️ Prior experience in a medical coding role is preferred.
