Manage a team of billing professionals, providing training and performance oversight.

Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing regulations.

Monitor claim submissions, denials, and follow-ups to optimize revenue cycle management.

Prepare and present reports on billing performance and KPIs to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.

Expertise in US healthcare billing practices, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

Proficiency in medical billing software and tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preference will be given to candidates from Bahawalpur or those willing to relocate.
