We are seeking 8-10 dynamic and skilled individuals to join our team as Medical Biller & Business Development Officers. This role requires a blend of expertise in medical billing processes and a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of medical billing procedures, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset for business development.
Responsibilities:
Medical Billing:
- Manage all aspects of medical billing, including coding, claims submission, and reimbursement processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and insurance guidelines.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and other stakeholders.
Business Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and other activities to promote the company and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical billing, with a strong understanding of coding systems and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software.
