We are looking for a highly talented and innovative Creative Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong understanding of digital media trends, and the technical skills to produce engaging content across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual and multimedia content that aligns with our brand’s vision and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design, produce, and edit multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and other visual materials for web, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all media content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging visual content for social media platforms, optimizing for audience engagement.
- Video Production: Shoot and edit short videos for product demonstrations, advertisements, corporate communications, and social media campaigns.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, email templates, and ads.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
- Project Management: Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating with different departments.
- Expertise in creating content for social media and SEO optimised content for blogs and webpages
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in creative media, digital content production, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), video editing software, and design tools.
- Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio: A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing previous creative work, including graphics, videos, and multimedia projects.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and the ability to create content tailored to each platform.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, 3D design, or photography.
