Role Description

• A background in short film making or Reel production, demonstrating a deep understanding of the creative and technical aspects involved in a video production.
• Lead the team to ensure the production of high-quality content, addressing and resolving any issues related to video production.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the video production team to maintain a high-performance work environment.
• Keep the Creative team informed of production challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Film, Video Production, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in producing high-quality video content for social media
• Experience in coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Expertise in video production processes, post-production editing, and use of editing software such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X
• Demonstrated ability to translate a creative vision into a successful final product
• Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines
