Description:
The ideal candidate should have a proven successful hands-on experience in managing performance media across search and social platforms with a strategic vision on how to deliver client’s business objectives incorporating the latest media trends and formats available on the market for brands. The candidate needs to be a numbers-oriented person with an analytical mind so he can make the right decisions for their client. The candidate will be fully involved in the day-to-day conversation with clients and help them grow in the digital/performance space.
Candidate is responsible for developing and delivering a range of performance marketing products, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, optimizing performance media to deliver business objectives, managing campaign reporting and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid search and paid social media strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Identify new performance opportunities and trends specific to the brand market.
Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social media campaigns across all performance platforms (Google, Meta, , LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels)
- Monitor performance and come up with strategies to achieve and overachieve the media targets.
- A/B test ads to determine the best performing approach.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Coordination with Performance Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from asset delivery to post-campaign analysis.
- Conduct quality checks on the work delivered by the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Address any challenges promptly, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly.
- Collaborate on streamlining processes and improving efficiency in campaign execution.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in paid social media advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a preference in e-commerce.
- Proficient in using performance advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin etc) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
