Media And Communications Officer

Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Media and Communications officer with a strong background in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience across various platforms. In addition, experience with AutoCAD for design purposes would be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Design and Create compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand and industry.

· Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of prior experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

· Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

· Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience with AutoCAD or other design software would be a plus.

· A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.

· Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
