Mathematics Trainer

Description:

We're hiring a full-time Math Trainer for an exciting role that involves occasional travel across Pakistan. As a Math Trainer, you'll be a key player in improving math education in elementary and middle schools. Your main responsibilities include conducting training sessions on critical foundation concepts of mathematics namely fractions, number sense, estimation, and space. You'll guide teachers on effective teaching methods such as CPA (Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract) methodology and introduce them to helpful math tools such as Geogebra and Wolfram.

Requirements:

- Passion for Math: Show your love for math and inspire others.

- Education Background: Preferably a degree in math, education, or a related field.

- Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience of at least 6 months.

- Training Experience: Previous experience in education training is a plus.

- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Pakistan occasionally.

- Continuous Learner: Stay updated on the latest in math education through reading and learning.
