Description:
A leading construction company is looking for a Material Testing Engineer with 5+ years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of construction materials.
Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct and oversee material testing (concrete, steel, soil, bricks, etc.)
✅ Ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, BS, and ISO standards
✅ Perform lab and on-site testing, including NDT methods
✅ Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports
✅ Provide quality control insights and collaborate with project teams
✅ Supervise junior engineers and lab technicians
Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Materials Engineering or related field
🔬 Experience: 5+ years in construction material testing and quality control
🛠 Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
📊 Software: Experience with AutoCAD, MATLAB, or relevant testing software is a plus
