Mass Production Section Head

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mass Production Section Head at Haier Pakistan in Lahore. Thposition will be responsible for production planning, communication, production management, food technology, and quality control on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

1. Production plan daily,weekly,monthly and annually confirmed and generate requirements for execution.

2. Define daily,weekly,monthly and annually plant capacity.

3. As per production plan ensure T-1 material availability and accordingly execute the plan.

4. Production analysis clearly define according to GAPS, either from material,machine,quality or any other side.

5. All related SOPs with production,quality,material,machine should be implement,if any GAP report to concerned dept.

6. All safety measures related to employees,product, equipment should be ensured.

7. Any change in process,equipment,moulds or dies work planned with concerned dept.

8. All related reports,workforce requirements and availability,Consumables, KWH controls or any GAP in the production process report to Production head.

9. Daily basis reconcile FG with the system (Location wise) to logistic location and sign the document.

10. Any task assigned by production head or factory head should be completed within the timeline.

11. Ensure 6s as per layout.

• 12. Support and execute Monthly Closing with PPMC Team.

Job Specifications

• BSc. Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• 3 to 5 Years experience in Home Appliances or Automobile Industry
• Team Management & Good Communication Skills
