Mass Email Sending Specialist

Description:

MUF DIGITAL is hiring a Mass Email Sending Specialist to handle large-scale email campaigns (50k-100k emails daily). The ideal candidate will use cost-effective and innovative methods to ensure high deliverability rates without relying on paid tools like Mailchimp or SendGrid.

Responsibilities:

Send mass email campaigns using company-provided data and content.

Utilize self-hosted email servers, custom SMTP setups, or alternative methods for bulk sending.

Monitor email deliverability and minimize bounce and complaint rates.

Maintain domain and IP reputation to avoid blacklisting.

Troubleshoot technical issues with email sending and optimize processes.

Provide daily reports on email sending metrics such as delivery, open, and click rates.


Requirements:

Proven experience in handling bulk email campaigns at high volumes (50k+ per day).

Expertise in setting up and managing self-hosted email servers or SMTP configurations.

Knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP) and best practices for high deliverability.

Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Ability to troubleshoot domain blacklisting and maintain server health.

Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills.
