Description:
As a Capital IQ Solutions Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver assets aimed at adoption and growing long-term usage patterns among existing cross-segment Capital IQ Pro users. This includes designing and maintaining engagements with users at important moments in the customer journey and measuring their success, including:
- Capital IQ Solutions release messaging and content
- Capital IQ Pro new user onboarding program content
- Capital IQ Pro newsletter + nurture campaign content
- New and existing Capital IQ Solutions integrations
- Webinar/event marketing to clients
- Capital IQ Solutions operational client communications
- Social media and digital campaigns
- Capital IQ Pro Certification program (Academy)
- Additional projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, customer service, or related field
- Customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills of listening, empathy, and teamwork
- Confidence to communicate effectively with all seniority levels in the company
- Acute attention to detail and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of the personas we serve and how our products and solutions meet their business needs
- Strong copyediting skills in English
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to glean meaningful insights from a wide variety of data sources, and articulate the main takeaways
- Desire to continuously learn and upskill to keep up with the evolving customer experience ecosystem and new technology
- Keen awareness of the business goals and ability to prioritize projects and resources accordingly
- Must overlap with Eastern Time hours at least half of the business day (night shift); Flexibility to attend occasional meetings and events outside of normal hours to accommodate our global stakeholders
