Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing/Sales Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation, content creation, and social media management within the B2B landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to nurture leads through the sales funnel. This role involves spearheading lead generation efforts, crafting compelling content, managing social media channels, and cultivating a thriving online community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including email marketing, SEO, PPC campaigns, and other lead generation tactics.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral, to attract and educate potential B2B clients.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms, curate content, engage with the audience, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Community Building: Cultivate and nurture a community of B2B prospects and clients through active engagement, discussions, and forums to foster relationships and brand advocacy.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, manage customer interactions, and ensure seamless communication and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, provide qualified leads, and continuously optimize strategies based on sales feedback.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyse marketing and sales metrics, track Kip’s, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Use insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing/sales roles, preferably in lead generation and content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and sales processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
