Eurasia Trading Co. is a prominent importer of raw materials, driving the success of manufacturing industries in Bangladesh. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Inventory (Marketing) Intern who is passionate about client interactions and sales operations. This role offers hands-on experience in engaging with local clients and buyers, supporting inventory management, and driving sales growth. Interns will gain practical knowledge of import-export operations while actively participating in client meetings and, when needed, visiting client offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local clients and buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in managing leads, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with buyers to close deals.
- Office Visits: Visit client offices as needed to strengthen relationships and better understand their requirements.
- Inventory Coordination: Assist in monitoring stock levels, aligning inventory with client demands, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market needs, client preferences, and emerging trends in the raw materials sector.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory status.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to align sales strategies with company goals and client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic office tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, if necessary.
- Previous experience in sales, client management, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
