Description:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing communications across all platforms, and assisting the Marketing Lead with day-to-day initiatives. The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 3 years of marketing experience
- A solid understanding of Meta and Google Ads, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A willingness to learn about the UK’s education and tutoring industries
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and email marketing campaigns to achieve departmental KPIs
- Create regular content for marketing collateral, social media calendars, videos, podcasts/webinars, and blogs
- Research, prepare, and apply for key industry initiatives and recognitions/awards to build brand awareness and credibility
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assist the Marketing Lead with day-to-day marketing activities and provide reports
- Identify new opportunities for growth in B2C, B2B, and B2G segments through comprehensive and consistent research
