Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content calendar for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including photos, videos, and stories.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust campaigns for maximum engagement.
Graphic Designing:
- Design promotional materials, including posters, menus, event banners, and digital content.
- Ensure all visuals align with Quetta Kettli's brand identity and marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement & PR:
- Handle direct messages (DMs), inquiries, and customer feedback professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets for promotions.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop marketing strategies to increase footfall and boost sales at the café.
- Collaborate with the operations team to create seasonal offers, special menus, and promotional events.
- Track sales performance linked to marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute events at the café, such as live music nights, cultural gatherings, and themed celebrations.
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, and staff to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication, PR, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for café culture and marketing trends.
