Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Edify Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our brand, products, or services. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop strategies for brand positioning, market segmentation, and customer acquisition.

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize future initiatives.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze customer insights and behavior to refine marketing strategies.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Ensure that all marketing content reflects the company’s values and vision.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with company initiatives.

Digital Marketing and SEO:

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure marketing activities stay within budget.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee content creation for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for various platforms.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and improve marketing performance.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Experience: Fresh Graduate | at least 1-2 year experience

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
