Description:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving both online and offline marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies. This role is integral to shaping the brand’s presence in the travel and hospitality industry, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to ideate, plan, and execute annual marketing strategies and calendars.
  • Lead national and localized marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Design and manage new campaigns in partnership with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with PR agencies, influencers, and media outlets while utilizing social media to maximize brand exposure.
  • Oversee all brand-related internal and external communications.
  • Ensure maximum ROI on the marketing budget by monitoring and optimizing campaigns.
  • Create and produce visual merchandising materials within budget for seasonal campaigns.
  • Launch and manage projects to build customer loyalty and enhance database engagement.
  • Drive corporate sales by developing partnerships for team-building activities, corporate tours, and other customized deals.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Monitor and execute campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media, and provide performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong background in marketing, with experience in the travel or hospitality sector preferred.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
  • A track record of executing successful marketing campaigns on both national and international scales.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, content creation, SEO, and SEM.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with suppliers, graphic designers, and PR agencies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent copywriting ability.
  • Superior time management, organizational, and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A forward-thinking, creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
