Role Description
- Convene cross-functional teams responsible for content, design, analytics, and maintenance of the website, social media outlets, and other related digital spaces (advertising, email marketing, mobile apps, blogs, etc.). Leverage and manage digital resources strategically to ensure that the Denning brand identity and messages are presented consistently and effectively across all digital platforms.
- Lead marketing, public relations, communication, and branding functions across campus. Work closely with staff and faculty to identify and communicate key messages throughout multiple campaigns and media while integrating brand consistency across campus and platforms.
- Oversee social media posting, scheduling, and management, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in digital advertising platforms for all Denning pages, with a strong emphasis on the creative optimization of media spends.
- Develop and weave the university’s stories together to create a consistent, unified message in support of the Denning brands.
- Coordinate with content creators, the statistics team, and external marketing agencies to achieve tasks within the designated time frame.
- Formulate and execute a strategic marketing & communication plan. Manage and direct the marketing, communications, and public relations staff, and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with all university departments.
- Identify and implement additional marketing strategies to amplify the company’s online presence.
- Lead the creative team to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and to a high standard.
- Be flexible and open to listening and coordinating with directors for task allocation.
- Proactively assess and adopt emergent technologies and strategies, developing new programs accordingly. Function as a visionary, strategist, implementer, and manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content verification.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies to enhance online engagement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
