Marketing Manager

Description:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the timely ideation, planning and execution and reporting of year round digital and traditional marketing campaigns for the company. You will also be responsible for preparing social media content, weekly blog posts and other marketing material content as and when required. An in-house experienced graphic designer will be at your disposal but you would also need to work with third party media agencies for completion of creative assets and media buying. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic self-starter with the ability to get quality work completed from an experienced team in an organized manner.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Office software suite
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of technical SEO
• Knowledge of Mass-Messaging Tools
• WhatsApp For Business
• Mailchimp
• Meta Ads, Google Ads

Professional Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in Marketing/Communications from an accredited university
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager with a background in digital customer acquisition
• Proven track record as a successful Marketing Manager
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams, owning the success or failure of marketing programs
