Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Responsible for marketing research, understanding the trends and customer preferences, creating a marketing strategy and budgets, marketing & and activation activities, overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content, and performing all other relevant tasks essential for developing company image as a brand and increasing the company’s sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparing, evaluating, and optimizing marketing and advertising strategies.
· Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
· Generating new business leads to capturing more market share.
· Growing brand awareness across our key target demographics.
· P.R. activities for brand activation/awareness and positioning.
· Coordinating marketing strategies with the concerned departments.
· Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
· Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
· Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
· Managing PPC and Conversion rate on social media platforms.
· Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
· Managing the marketing department's staff.
· Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
· Performing S.EO. and S.E.M for company brands.
· Promoting company brands at different events, shows, and digital space (social media).
· Produce valuable and engaging content for company websites and blogs that attract and convert our target groups.
· Managing the content of company brands on different blogs and using it for marketing goals.
· Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the management team.
· Troubleshooting marketing campaigns that are not performing well.
· Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies and vendors.
· Collaborates in the development of new products.
· Heading the activities for website and social media platforms layout and content.
· Coordinating with the Online Order Section to resolve their different issues.
· Planning and leading marketing events and in-store activation, activities and workshops.
· Perform any other task assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualification & Skills:
· Masters in Marketing / Digital Marketing or any relevant field
· 03-05 experience in a similar capacity.
· Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
· Excellent Budget management skills and proficiency.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong time management and organizational abilities.
