This role involves coordinating with various teams, including models, photographers, videographers, and editors, ensuring smooth execution of shoots, and assisting with styling while maintaining the brand's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute fashion shoots, overseeing the entire process from concept to completion.
• Conduct research and develop mood boards that align with the brand's aesthetics.
• Coordinate and align models, photographers, videographers, and editors.
• Manage production vendors and ensure seamless execution of shoots.
• Oversee the logistics on set to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist with basic styling and work with the team to maintain brand direction.
• Facilitate coordination between departments to streamline the shoot process.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing within a fashion or apparel brand.
• Experience in fashion marketing, production, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
