Marketing Executive

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Novo Finance Capital Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and generate leads for our investment company.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and get new leads.

- Creating and managing promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

- Managing and updating the brand's social media platforms, including content creation and engagement with followers.

- Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities, including events and sponsorships.

- Measuring and analysing the performance of marketing
campaigns and initiatives and providing regular reports to the management team.

- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand's marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Having a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred but is not must.

• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the Finance or Accounting sector.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, with a track record of successful social media management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.

• Fluency in English.
