Marketing Executive

Exoterior Group is seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing and social media, excellent communication and organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform campaign strategies • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement • Manage and update the company website & write blogs, ensuring that it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines • Create and curate content for social media channels, ensuring that it aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute marketing initiatives and events • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with social media management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clear and engaging content. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and use it to inform decision-making • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Familiarity with social media management tools, and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environmen
