Marketing & Creative Director

Juliano Furs, a luxury fur fashion brand, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Creative Director to drive its growth and lead creative initiatives. This role requires a combination of leadership, business administration skills, and digital marketing expertise to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The Marketing & Creative Director will work closely with the CEO, lead cross-functional teams, and develop strategies to expand the brand's presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.

• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, PPC, and social media, ensuring brand consistency.

• Manage the website design and handle basic coding updates for an enhanced user experience on Shopify.

• Create innovative marketing strategies focused on content creation, branding, and advertising.

• Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies and maximize impact.

• Lead creative teams in developing visually stunning campaigns and maintaining consistent brand messaging across platforms.

• Mentor and manage teams across marketing, creative, and sales functions.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies, adjusting as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business administration, sales, and marketing (preferably in fashion).

• Proficiency in Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools.

• Strong background in sales, marketing, branding, and creative development.

• Creative, results-driven leader with excellent multitasking and adaptability skills.

• Experience in leading teams and collaborating across departments.
