As a Social Media Associate, you'll lead our client social media initiatives by developing impactful strategies, creating engaging content, and leveraging data analytics to optimize presence and engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Oversee client relationships, serving as the primary contact. Ensure client needs are met with exceptional service and coordination with internal teams.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop & execute strategies to achieve client objectives across social media platforms, based on audience insights and goals.
- Content Development: Own the content, work with creative and content teams to ensure the best output for your client’s objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry news to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Your reference and inspiration game should be top-notch.
- Community Management: Build a positive online community by engaging with followers, managing feedback, and enhancing brand reputation.
- Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Strong creative and content creation skills - Ability to make exciting trending reels is a big plus
- Keen aesthetic sense, with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Dynamism and hunger to learn and expand skillset.
