Work Hall is on the hunt for a Mid-level Marketing Resource who can bring our community to life. We need someone who can juggle creativity and strategy like a pro, while keeping things fun and exciting for our growing community of dreamers, doers, and innovators. We’d love someone who could even talk to the walls and expect a response.

Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

Community: Be the face of Work Hall! Interact with members, organize events, and create a vibe that’ll make people never want to leave.

Moves: Plan and execute campaigns that turn heads—online and offline. From social media to email campaigns, you’ll make sure Work Hall is the talk of the town and expect to generate leads from all the activities

Creative: Collaborate on cool content ideas, branding projects, and anything else that’ll showcase how awesome Work Hall really is.

Feedback: Listen to members and find creative ways to make their experience even better. Your insights will help us grow.

Numbers: Keep an eye on campaign performance and other marketing metrics. We’re big on results and love celebrating wins.

There are a hundred things that come to mind when talking about marketing, be it photography, getting a podcast done, ideating and executing campaigns, reels, processes, get our website and social media to reflect who we are and what we do. We want someone who can do everything but excels in at least one area.

Reporting: Convert everything you do into a weekly report

You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication, with hands-on experience managing events and people.

You know your way around digital marketing tools and platforms.
