Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and implementation of our sales and marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building processes from the ground up and is skilled in both sales and marketing disciplines. The candidate will have extensive experience in data scraping and cold email/messages, as well as other marketing tools and strategies. The expert will generate leads, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance to drive growth
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Engage in initial sales meetings to convert prospects into clients.
Establish and oversee the sales and marketing processes and infrastructure.
Collaborate with management to understand company needs and market trends.
Analyze market research and sales data to inform decision-making.
Grow the sales and marketing team, with the potential to lead 3-4 team members.
Report on the success of marketing campaigns and sales outcomes.
Scrap data and do cold emails/messages to generate leads and build a targeted email list.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 6+ years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, and/or marketing automation
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with web scraping tools like Scrapy, Scrapyard, or Zyte.
