Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst with 3-4 years of expertise in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing trends, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, optimizing campaigns, and providing insights to enhance overall marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Utilize analytical tools and software to extract actionable insights from various data sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign targeting and messaging.
- Manage and optimize inbound marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Monitor lead generation metrics and implement strategies to increase lead quality and quantity.
- Collaborate with content creators to align content with target audience needs.
- Oversee outbound marketing efforts, including email marketing, advertising, and direct outreach.
- Analyze outbound campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Work closely with the sales team to align outbound efforts with sales objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights into consumer behavior and preferences.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to the marketing team and other relevant departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Skills
