Description:
As a Performance Marketer/ Digital Paid Media Specialist/Digital Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be critical in driving the success of our digital initiatives and ensuring a seamless project management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring

- Proven experience: 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or relevant role.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Content creation skills: Ability to write compelling website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital project management or related roles, preferably in a digital agency or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
