We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Research Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding the needs, challenges, and experiences of our partners and dealers. Your insights will directly influence our strategies to improve dealer satisfaction, drive business growth, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute quantitative market surveys to assess market trends.
- Conduct field visits to cable operators, dealers, and partners to observe operations and gather data on wholesale internet distribution.
- Identify business opportunities and market gaps to strengthen partner engagement.
- Analyze dealer sentiment, address concerns, and collect feedback on services.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the wholesale internet business and improve partner experiences.
- Assess dealer support requirements and contribute insights to improve dealer morale and performance.
- Compile research reports with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted engagement strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, customer insights or broadband industry.
- Previous experience in field research, customer insights, or market research is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with dealers and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field research.
