Market Research Associate

Description:

IDR is a tech-enabled platform connecting consulting firms, life science firms, financial institutions, and corporate clients with over 500,000+ industry leaders across multiple sectors. We are looking for a Market Research Associate who will be responsible for identifying, screening, and onboarding subject matter experts (SMEs) for various qualitative and quantitative market research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Understand the requirements and goals of market research projects assigned by clients.
✅ Identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, consultations, and research projects using tools like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and online search engines.
✅ Screen and evaluate SMEs to determine their relevance to the project.
✅ Submit expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
✅ Manage consultations between experts and clients, including scheduling meetings and maintaining expert records.
✅ Ensure timely resolution of expert concerns from onboarding to project completion, including payment queries.
✅ Maintain and update internal trackers and compliance requirements throughout the process.
✅ Adhere to information security policies and company guidelines.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences or a related field.
✔ 0 to 2 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
✔ Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
✔ Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
✔ Excellent collaboration, communication, and people engagement skills.
✔ Resilience in adapting to changing expectations and environments.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
