As a Market Research Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the right participants for online surveys, focus groups, consultations, and market research projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend project requirements and estimate the time needed to complete assigned tasks.
- Identify and recruit subject matter experts using Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Online Search Engines, and other data sources.
- Screen experts based on project-specific criteria for both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Submit expert profiles for team review and client approval.
- Manage calendars and schedule consultations and meetings between experts and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of participants, including payment details, ensuring timely updates on internal trackers.
- Address expert concerns and guide them through the entire project lifecycle, including payment queries.
- Ensure compliance with IDR’s information security policies and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences or a related field.
- Work Experience: 0 to 2 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
