Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketplace strategies that align with overall business goals.

Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.

Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement marketplace-specific promotions and advertising campaigns.

Optimize product content, images, and descriptions for better search visibility and customer engagement.

Monitor marketplace algorithms and trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Oversee inventory and order fulfillment processes in coordination with the logistics and supply chain teams.

Manage relationships with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay) to address issues and improve partnership terms.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid penalties or disruptions.

Handle customer reviews, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely responses and a positive customer experience.

Track and report key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

Identify opportunities for expansion to new marketplaces and international markets.


Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in marketplace management.

Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience with marketing campaigns and paid ads.
