Description:
Rapidev is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the strategic role of Manager – Training & Development. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of driving key initiatives that enhance employee learning & development, engagement, well-being, and a growth mindset while fostering the development of future leaders through designing and execution innovative training programs.
This role will be instrumental in leading cultural transformation efforts, championing L&D, and embedding new behaviors, values, and best practices across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with CMMI Level-5 standards and, overall contributing to Rapidev’s long-term strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy:
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational Training Need Analysis (TNA) through various methods, such as data facts, performance evaluations, and consultations with department heads. Analyze skills gaps and identify areas for improvement to inform the development of targeted training program.
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee learning and training strategies aligned with the organization's values, goals, and objectives.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
- Deliver training sessions using various methodologies, such as classroom instruction, workshops, seminars, e-Learning, tools, Soft Skills Training, Refreshers, Learning with Fun, Simulations, Activities, online platforms, and customized and Ad-hoc training programs.
- Generate Training Calendar monthly, quarterly and year, and execute all trainings based on well-defined Training needs.
- Coordinate for all Paid Training and Certifications for meet business requirements.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies, activities, programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction.
- Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
Coaching & Well-being:
- Champion initiatives and programs that promote employee well-being, health, and work-life balance, resilience, growth mind set, job satisfaction, work happiness, including wellness activities, and employee assistance programs.
- One-on-one coaching and Focus Group to maintain psychological contract fulfillment and use insights for engagement initiatives and decision-making processes.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Collaborate with senior management and department leaders to align learning and development initiatives with strategic goals and business objectives.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to gain support and sponsorship for training programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance and conduct L&D initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Establish career planning routes, growth strategies of employees, succession planning and career path of employees.
Organizational Culture:
- Develop and articulate the organization's culture vision, values, and desired behaviors in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the current organizational culture, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and measure employee sentiment and engagement.
Leadership & Communication:
- Establish effective communication channels and platforms to facilitate open and transparent communication between employees and management.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HRM, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in a software & tech industry.
- Proven track record of training, development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
