Job Description:

• Responsible for review, technical guidance & optimisation/value Engineering, related to the Master Plan development.

• Responsible for the interpretation and implementation of the Town Planning & Urban Designing based on concerned By-laws.

• Develop in-house concept designs, schematic design, 3D's etc. as needed.

• Responsible for the preparation, signing and submission of LOP documents (Location Plans, Contour plans, Khasra plans etc.) for approval as a professional Town Planner.

• Able to liaise and develop LOP requirements of relevant Government departments.

• Masters or Bachelors in Town Planning/Urban Designing from a leading university.

• Registered member of PCATP with signing authority as TP for LOPs etc.

• Punjab Private Housing Societies By-laws for Land Use & Zoning

• PHATA By-laws for Land Use & Zoning

• Revit

• MSOffice

Years of Experience:

5 years Masters or 7 plus years of Bachelors experience in Town Planning/Urban Planning of renowned Large Scale Projects, ideally with a famous Design House/Studio
