KSBL is looking to hire motivated individual for the position of Manager Student Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the specialization selection survey from the MBA/EMBA students.
- Coordination with the other departments to inquire about the deadlines and timeline for
- activities stated in the academic calendar.
- Pre-registration survey from all programs batch students and to compile the data so that students’ registration can be done timely.
- Allocation of rooms, preparing and disseminating the timetable based on the courses offering.
- received from the Dean’s Office.
- Create a Unique ID against each offered course.
- Review and update all students’ results of the last semester against every individual student.
- Existing students’ registration on LMS & CMS.
- Handling semesters freeze cases of the students.
- Sharing students’ semester registration status with the concerned stakeholders.
- Maintain the status of admission withdrawal, deferred, and dropped out students with relevant stake holders.
- Dealing with Program change requests of the students.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors or master’s from a well reputed institute
- Must have atleast 8-9 years of experience in similar role specifically semester management
- Good communications skill
- Good time management skills.
