Description:

KSBL is looking to hire motivated individual for the position of Manager Student Services.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the specialization selection survey from the MBA/EMBA students.
  • Coordination with the other departments to inquire about the deadlines and timeline for
  • activities stated in the academic calendar.
  • Pre-registration survey from all programs batch students and to compile the data so that students’ registration can be done timely.
  • Allocation of rooms, preparing and disseminating the timetable based on the courses offering.
  • received from the Dean’s Office.
  • Create a Unique ID against each offered course.
  • Review and update all students’ results of the last semester against every individual student.
  • Existing students’ registration on LMS & CMS.
  • Handling semesters freeze cases of the students.
  • Sharing students’ semester registration status with the concerned stakeholders.
  • Maintain the status of admission withdrawal, deferred, and dropped out students with relevant stake holders.
  • Dealing with Program change requests of the students.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors or master’s from a well reputed institute
  • Must have atleast 8-9 years of experience in similar role specifically semester management
  • Good communications skill
  • Good time management skills.
