Project Management:
- Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from conceptualization to delivery.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on involvement in software development using Python/Django for backend development.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS or Angular.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to achieve project goals.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
Performance Management:
- Set performance expectations and goals for the development team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Innovation: ko
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Introduce and implement innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
Customer Support:
- Provide quick resolutions on escalation tickets
- Join troubleshooting calls with the team, if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python/Django for backend development.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS or Angular.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the US Central time zone.
