We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Sales with 15 years of expertise in the fuel sector, specifically focusing on Fuel Products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development and a strategic mindset, aiming to drive growth and expand our market presence through the establishment of key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue and market share in the Fuel Products segment.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to accelerate organizational growth within the fuel market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with critical clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to evaluate success and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on the fuel industry, specifically in Fuel Products.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth initiatives.
