• Identify opportunities and develop business for EPC solar systems
• Must have experience to interact and interlink with local industries
• Good negotiation & communications skills
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing & potential clients
• Understand, anticipate and shape customer needs
• Promote & sale solar products/ services within a defined region
• Responsible for timely regional payment recoveries
• Ensure the regional targets with required profit margin
• Providing clients with accurate monthly forecasts of future and ongoing projects
• Meet annual sales goals within expense budget guidelines
• Work under pressure with high energy and a sense of urgency
• Must exhibit strong leadership and team management skills

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business Administration or Engineering)
Work Experience: 03 – 05 years (Experience of solar industry will be an edge)
